These instructions are for Microsoft Outlook 365 versions which don't come with the normal account setup options. You can use these instructions with other versions of Outlook as well, but you may also be able to configure those within Outlook itself

First of all, close Outlook. The configuration of Outlook will not take place within Outlook itself.

The main difference is that to access the full email settings in Outlook, you have to go to Windows Control Panel, then "Mail (Microsoft Office 20xx) (32-bit)". Then the settings are the same as for the earlier versions of Outlook.
