A support contract will give you priority access to our support team, and includes telephone support, online-chat support as well as priority email support. It also includes remote access support when appropriate, and version upgrades during the support period.

Note that technical support is only available during UK office hours. If you require support outside those times, then please contact our sales team with your requirements. Note that while 24/7 technical support is possible, it can get expensive. If you need that level of support, you may be better using our Hosted VPOP3 Service which includes 24/7 "Server Down" support as part of the package.
